Great App, but needs settings

First of all I would like to thank the creator of this app for making it, as it is very good, however there are a few things I would like to suggest a few things:

1) Adding the ability to set the tab that will be loaded upon opening the app

2) Adding an option to remove ads

3) Adding a nice SplashScreen?

If the app had those options, I would rate it 5 stars, so until then,
